General Information

The privacy policy described below applies only to this Website, this being understood as all pages and sub-pages included in the www.GHESA.com domain. GHESA declines any responsibility for the different privacy and personal data protection policies that may be contained in the Websites that could be accessed through the hyperlinks located on this Website and not directly managed by GHESA.

GHESA wishes to inform the users of this website that this declaration reflects the data protection policy followed by GHESA. This policy has been designed in strict compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data, including, among other legal provisions, the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5th of December, of Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales (hereinafter, LGPDGDD) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27th of April 2016 (hereinafter, RGPD).

GHESA does not voluntarily collect personal data from the users of this Website. The only data that is requested from Users is that which the User voluntarily provides through the different forms on the website. Consequently, GHESA will only have personal data of those users who voluntarily wish to provide such data to the company. Only in these cases in which the User so wishes, and always on a voluntary basis, may he/she communicate his/her personal data to GHESA.

These data voluntarily provided by the user may be incorporated into an automated file under the ownership of GHESA. In any case, the data collected will be treated at all times in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data.

GHESA, Ingeniería y Tecnología, S.A., a company domiciled in Madrid (Spain), incorporated in Madrid before the notary Mr. Ramón Corral Beneyto, registered in the Mercantile Register of MADRID in volume 293, folio 122, with Tax Identification No. A28126274 (hereinafter GHESA) is the owner of the website located in the Domain www.ghesa.com.

In order to guarantee the proper processing of personal data, GHESA has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted with any queries regarding the processing of your personal data via the address lmt@ghesa.es.

 

2. Purpose

The personal data that users voluntarily provide through GHESA’s website will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will be used only for the purposes for which it was collected and of which the User is expressly informed at the time of their collection in this Privacy Policy.

The personal data collected may be processed for the following purposes:

  • Contact: to manage the data of the users who contact GHESA, either through the contact forms on the website, by telephone call, e-mail or any other means.

The legitimation to process the data is based on the consent obtained from the user. In addition, GHESA treats the personal data of the users who voluntarily provide it in accordance with the following legitimating bases:

  • The processing of personal data for the purposes of “Contact” is based, in addition to consent, on the management of the legal relationship established between the user and GHESA. This basically includes managing the request, maintaining contact between both parties and, if applicable, satisfying the service required by the user.
  • The processing of personal data communicated in the form section “Work with us” is based on the user’s consent.
  • The processing of personal data communicated in the Ethical Channel form is based on the user’s consent.

The personal data communicated by the User to GHESA may be stored in databases, computerized or not, whose ownership corresponds exclusively to GHESA, which undertakes all the technical, organisational and security measures at its disposal to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and quality of the information contained therein in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD. In any case, it should be borne in mind that Internet security measures are not impregnable and the user is responsible for ensuring that all personal information that may be provided to GHESA is sent securely.

7. Duties of the user who provides personal data
