GHESA participated in the international tender, restricted to 5 world-renowned design teams, for the development of the PUNTA COLORADA Master Plan of La Playa Golf & Resorts International (LPG&RI) in Pinar del Río, Cuba.

GHESA was invited to form part of the international team led by Rafael de La-Hoz Arquitectos along with other prestigious specialists including Nick Faldo Design, Martha Schwarz, Marina Projects and KCAP.

The project involves the development of 9 world-class golfing resorts and some 4000 hectares and 34 kilometers of virgin coastline and aims to promote tourism from visitors who appreciate all the advantages Cuba has to offer.
