Cogeneration plant inside ceramic factory to produce electricity and to supply steam to the process and hot exhaust gas to the kiln (100.000 m3/h @ 150°C).
Nominal Power: 6MW + heat to the process
Technology: Engines with Heat Recovery Steam Generator and routing of exhaust gas to kiln.
Engines: JENBACHER, Model: JMS 616 GS-NL; Power: 3 x 1942 kW; Output Voltage: 690 V.
Heat Recovery S. Generator: Cubells. Steam: 4500 Kg/h, saturated @ 12 bar.
Fuel: Natural Gas
